Additional cost for final cleaning €70.
Please notice that cleaning of ovens, cooking stoves and tableware is not included and must be cleaned by the tenants.

Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposit €250 requested upon arrival in cash and refunded at the end of the stay, if no damage is caused by the tenants.

Optional services
- Bed linen and towels, € 12 per person.
- Possibility of house cleaning during the stay on request. Agreement upon booking recommended.
- Possibility of baby club service on request. Agreement upon booking recommended.

Notes
- Reservations are accepted from Saturday to Saturday, unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Check-in 15:00 - 20:00 Check-out 10:00.
If the above time schedule will not be respected we might reserve the right to ask you a 25€ fee.

- Tenants are kindly requested to settle the final balance upon arrival.

- Pets are allowed only of SMALL SIZE and they have to be notified on reservation. A 25,00€ fee will apply for extra cleaning. Owners are fully responsible towards eventual damages provoked to persons or items present in the residence. If the pet becomes a nuisance or a hazard to others tenants it needs to be removed. The tenant is responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their pet might leave inside the apartment or outdoors.
